Since it needs a spacer, I assume that this makes the front track
wider than stock - correct? If so, how much wider?

I also assume from the description that you use stock uprights and hubs.

Any idea of the weight increase?

The hot setup around here is to graft on the upright of  a Mk1 Cortina and
use
its stub axle, rotor and caliper - fixes the weak stub axle problem at the
same
time... However, it adds probably 2" to the track and is heavier than stock.
The pro is much more rotor (swept area and thickness) and larger pads. You
can use MkII Cortina for a little more area.
