A few cups of coffee and a box of donuts does wonderful things. The trick is visit the shop at least once, see how many people are usually there, bring enough coffee and donuts for all and stop by on a Saturday morning. This works great at the auto glass shop, tire shop, parts store, upholstry shop[, and autobody supplier.
