I think its the air and water out there.

Another lister, Bob Kitterer is doing something very similar for me. He didn't
ask for anything for his help and declined any offers for compensation.

My significant other said to me just last night, "You know, Bob must be one HELL
of nice guy." She's right. He is.

A public Thank You to Bob is in order and to this list, as well.
