NO Rhyme nor Reason, Glen.

"UNLESS" total DISREGARD for car is a motivating factor.

"UNLESS" total DISREGARD for car's possible future as an "icon" does not
count.

"UNLESS" total DISREGARD for car's designer and builder does not count.

"UNLESS" total DISREGARD for car and THE WORK you have already DONE does not
count.

Sorry (not) for the "rant" BUT you have a very fine example of what a whole
bunch of folks will never have the opportunity to own.  What you have done
so far is reversible or "correctable" with relative ease.

PS:  Yes, I have sat and with sand paper folded over, DONE the work required
to make a NON "pop-up" paint job (both on bonnet and boot)  MAJOR PITA!!!
