Hey, now. In Ed's defense, he can be crotchety at times (understatement #1),
but that is the way he is. He has also been extremely helpful to more than a
few listers, me included. He sent Amy parts to fix her car, at his cost,
because it was too far for him to go to actually help with the work. He just
wanted to be a part of the activity.
My take on this is that he didn't receive payment, and he lashed out in the
way he knew best, which was actually pretty stupid (understatement #2). And
I have told him all this.
Let's let it rest. Maybe we will get Ed back, maybe he will be too ornery
(Cantankerous, coarse, unpleasant. Sounds like Ed, doesn't it?) to come back
to the list after Mark banned him. Personally, I think it will be a loss to
the list if he doesn't come back. He is a good supplier and he carries Busty
and Hogwash. I can ignore his outbreaks and get his good stuff.
