Ok, here's the latest. No spark. Checked everything. Noticed that I hadn't wired the Magnetronic EI in properly. Fixed that, still no dice. I get 12V at the coil +ve. But when I take off the magnetic wheel and manually "twizzle" it above the magnetronic module, the coil -ve resolutely stays at 12V. The module earth checks out with almost no resistance. Looks like my EI is faulty. Anyone use this bit of kit - anything else to check? A |
