If you are loosing headlights, and/or gauges, it's something related directly to the battery line. (brown wires) Or like you said, the alternator. But a bad alt shouldn't show a major discharge, just not a full charge, you should be showing 12 volts on the battery gauge, less than 12 is a short somewhere. -- Frank Clarici Toms River, NJ |
