You won't have much luck getting any help from paypal for misrepresentation.
The only way Paypal will credit your payment back is if you claim you didn't
receive the item.  Even if the seller has proof of shipment it doesn't
matter, they will still issue credit to the buyer if he claims he never
received the item.  I'm not saying you should lie about it, but
unfortunately it seems to be going that way because of paypals policies.  I
know of several sellers who have sold high end expensive items and got taken
to the cleaners by buyers who simply claimed they never received the items
even though the seller has proof of delivery.  This is why many sellers
refuse to take paypal any longer.
