Unfortunately, the sign would also mean T for Target as in an
easy mark. Never work.

I always wondered about the shifting with the wrong hand bit...
I saw a classic Mini with RHD on my way to work this morning, shoulda asked 
him ;-)
One of the cars in my local MG club is an MGC with RHD; I got a good laugh 
out of watching the passenger looking out for oncoming traffic as the driver 
charged up a 2-lane highway.

A friend of mine who goes to Ireland fairly regularly once told me that the 
key is to "Keep the girl in the gutter", ie remember that the passenger side 
of the vehicle should be by the edge of the road.
