back as a disciplinary case? But how in the world could his records be
"messed up". Hmmmm. Of course when one of the clients of our friendly
financial assistance fund failed to repay his indebtedness, his pay
records wound up at NAS Adak (Alaska), his medical records at NAS Rota
(Spain), and his service record at NB Subic Bay. Him? He was on a tin
can out of Norfolk! Poor guy could not draw pay for a few months, had
to get his shots all over, and could not take a test for advancement for
a year.
