Marc,

OK, your an attorney representing body shops and used car dealers, and I
am sure they need a lot of legal help, BUT  you did say it was LEGAL
EVERYWHERE both State and Federal. And in the same letter you tell us
"it may be different in"Zaneyland".

At least be consistent. Bad advice is bad advice. And I'll be willing to
bet that more than half of all the Tigers in the world are right here in
California. The don't rust away here, there are lot's of car nuts, and
California (if it were a country) would be 4th in the 7 largest
economies in the world, displacing Canada, Italy, and Great Britain in
the Economic Group of 7.

Don't mean to press the issue, but bad advice is worse than no advice.
