Mark,
I think maybe you missed a couple of key words in step #15. Let's review;

Now, I think we can assume that Dave is operating without benefit of a
spell checker and what he meant was "trained orangutans". The orangutan is
an ape noted for it's great strength; I understand they are a bit hard to
train though. The other key words in step #15 are "rear wheels", which is
why this operation really needs an ape or two, not just a couple of
monkeys. Apparently orangutans are a lot easier to locate in Dave's
neighborhood than they are in your neighborhood (or mine). But I think the
usual procedure is to set out a case of beer and wait for a few of them to
show up. Then, at just the right level of consumption, you question their
manhood (or apehood) and ask them to prove it by picking up the front of
your Tiger and moving it back about ten feet. (Remember to have the jack
stands handy at this point!!)
