         Be advised that there are reports from several purchasers that the 
Ford Racing crate motors can have problems as delivered and are not under 
any warrantee.  It may be worth the piece of mind to pull the motor down 
and do the normal measurements, cleanup of sharp edges and other normal 
rebuild procedures.

         Any 5 speed other than the AMC T-5 conversion will require cutting 
on your car.  I've fit Ford T-5, AMC converts, S-10 converts, Tremec and 
T-56 into Rob's  bomber and have photos to show what's required.  The world 
class T-5 should take all you can get out of a crate level 302 unless you 
are drag racing every weekend.
