Steve,

Thanks as always for your thoughts.  I don't have a
shroud of any sort.  What with the prices of Tiger
pieces lately, I will search pick-a-part with tape
measure in hand.

I failed to mention I am running a pusher fan in front
of the rad.  It came with the car and is unmarked. 
I'm not sure how much cfm it puts out but it does run
smoothly.  It didn't do anything for me the other day
though.
