hi list members... i am new and just wanted to introduce myself before i
bombard you all with mindless questions. my name is vince and i'm from
southern california. i am probably one of the younger members on this list
at a whopping 23 years of age. ok... enough about all that... here goes...
i was wondering if anyone had any documentation or anything related to
installing a 289 and a 4 speed... or a 5.0 EFI and a 5 speed into an alpine.
i am in no way trying to create a "fake". i'm would just like to put
together a car as fun as the tiger... with out the tiger $$$ and pain of
finding one in decent enough condition. i am interested in knowing what
shelby did in the 60's. did he change suspension, brakes, rear end, anything
else to the car performance wise? i would appreciate any help any one can
offer me on this subject. thanks
