My car came with the Autopower 4 pt bar installed by the PO.  It seems 
to be a sturdy enough bar, and is mounted with steel reinforcing plates 
below the deck.  But I believe it is marketed as a "show bar", as in 
don't count on it to help any.

I drove the car to the track one day, and just for grins had tech 
inspection approve the car.  It wouldn't pass.  But the only problem was 
the *height* of the roll bar, not its construction.  With my helmet on, 
my head was higher than the roll bar.  Have a higher bar and of course 
you wouldn't be able to put up the top.....
