The spring pads will! The stock ones "crush" a bit, this ads to the
lowering of the car. The urethane ones don't crush anywhere near as much
as the rubber ones - these can make the car ride higher.

But the spring pads def. add to the overall hieght.

As for the lower a-arm bushings and the new trunnion bushings - these will
not add to the ride height. They will just help you more accurately
position the suspension pickup points.
