Wheels have to be stock width and diameter, and +/- 0.25" in offset.  Any 
size tire that will fit the wheel can be used, as long as it meets section 
13.3.A-K which discuss various other parameters.  For example, though, 
215/50-13s have been successfully fitted onto 5" wide wheels, and 225/50-14s 
have been successfully used on 5.5" wide wheels.
