No, I didn't miss that, which is why I truncated the subject line. My reply
was directed at Rocky's blanket endorsement: " Kudos and huzzahs to the
site owner! Autocross sites and race tracks are not meant for furry
animals." That's a bit beyond local conditions imposed by the property
owner or other factors.
