Sounds like one cyl. has higher compression than the others, or there
is some mechanical binding. Take out the spark plugs and pull the
engine over by hand. See if there are any parts of the rotation that
seem much harder than others. Remember to turn the engine through
2 revolutions so that the entire engine is turned a complete
revolution.
