Adam,

Not exactly, but VERY similar.  Those are 1500 which are a bit different.  
The angle between the bolt holes and the studs is only about 45 degrees 
whereas for the correct 1600 parts they are about 90 degrees apart.  To use 
the ones that are on the page you linked to, you have to use 1500 carbs 
because their mounting holes are vertical rather than diagonal.
