Bill,
I installed my stereo in the glove box. I took the cardboard glove box out,
disassembled, measured and made a new one out of aluminum. Built a slide-in tray
for the stereo. Since the car is so small it's not a big deal to adjust it while
driving. I also installed small Radio Shack speakers into the headrests. Works
and sounds good with the top down at freeway speeds.
