Well, let's see ...

a. more power--by a longshot--than a 280Z engine
b. sound and smoothness of a straight-6 (not a V-8)
c. straight drop-in replacement

I like to keep my cars more-or-less stock/original, but someday I might
like to take a parts car chassis and body and build-up a sleeper.  Think
there's very few intact, stock/original unrestored Healeys hiding in barns,
but you might put something together from two or three parts cars that
will never get concours gold but sure would be a popular choice with
an engine like that.  Heck, I might even put a Smitty in it ;)

I have to believe Geoff and DMH would approve of an engine like this
(they apparently weren't big fans of the C engine).  In fact, this would 
have been a better engine for the A-H 4000 than the Rover 8 they were
going to use (maybe with FI instead of the Webers).
