Hi Barry,

Been there as well.

1 - get a provider where a spam filter can be activated - mine does filter
it quite well
2 - get a free program called Mailwasher

In mailwasher you can blacklist, filter etc.etc. easily before actually
loading your emails.
I've sent you some more info directly.
