CD player / FM modulator

Well, I've had both.  I had a FM-modulator version 6 cd-changer in my winter
car.  The sound is like a good FM station, after 5 years it needed more
repairs than the cost of a new one.  I replaced it with a deck/10-cd-changer
combo.  Wow ! the sound difference is night and day, AM clock radio vs.
Stereo system.  For the extra money (and it's not that much extra if buying
new) it is worth it.

My deck/changer combo installed plus taxes (using existing speakers) was
