Huw,

I got your email at about 2AM and decided it was time to start removing the OD
from the parts car.  This way I could get you better measurements and have a
reason to get my other car going with a new tranny.  Anyway, I got the plate
out of the car and was able to get much better measurements.  You can see the
new diagram at the same web page
(http://members.aol.com/gatesdavid/plate.htm).  The main difference is that I
gave you the measurements that were missing from the original due to it still
being in the car and I couldn't get to them.  I found a couple other minor
differences once I got it on my desk.  This time I drew it to scale, so you
should be able to print it out and use it as a template.  When I put the plate
on the printed diagram the holes lined up exactly.  Good luck and if there is
anything else I can help with just ask.
