A friend of mine who has been amateur painting for years says he finally
found the secret to no runs. Which is to start painting from the bottom and
work your way up. The theory is something about the paint always having a
wet layer below to flow into rather then a dry surface to run on. He says as
soon as he started doing that his runs disapered.
