I had a bit of luck with a radio in my 60 Bugeye. I happened to have a Vetter
motorcycle radio pod that had speakers and antennea built in. Haven't whipped
the
memory problem yet. It just plugs into the cig lighter. Did it come from the
factory
with a cig lighter or am I a victem of a modified car. I also have a couple of
small
box 3 way speakers that set just in front of the seats. No cutting, rewiring, or
drilling! Now to get rid of the ignition interference and make the car quiet
enough to
hear the radio. As a theft deterent I used the ugliest radio I could find and
hide it
in the boot when parked.
