   I am 47 and as my wife says; "Riding with you is *ALWAYS* an adventure". 
This is probably because I try to make her Chrysler MiniVan corner like my 
Spitfire!  Of course, in the Spitfire she knows that every corner is a 
challenge to make as close to 90 degrees as possible.  The unfortunate fact 
is that the 3.8 liter V6 in her car *CAN* out accelerate my Spitfire.

   I once had my old (RIP) '74 Spitfire at full sustained throttle on the 
Washington D.C. Beltway with the top down (of course) and the resulting 98 
mph felt like 150... truly a thrill in such a light car!

   Take her with you sometime (but not too fast at first) and *SEDUCE* her into 
the thrill of LBCs under performance conditions!
