Yeah, well the car doesn't weigh much either.  The optimum
tire pressure is a function of the cars weight (and where
its located in the car, ie front to rear).

Well, as long as you don't mind giving up most of your tread
width, adn are willing to wear out the tires in the middle
because they are over-inflated, its porbably not too
dangerous, as long as you don't drive for extended periods
at high speed.
