triumph tr6 w/9k

Hi, guys,

Question: In my local area there is 1976 TR 6 with 9,000 miles, no overdrive
and an aftermarket hard top.  I have looked at the car and it seems as though
it come off the showroom floor.  The owner is asking $20,000 - 

I would like to know if this is a fair price or what price is reasonable for
a almost-perfectly original car.
