Ron,

There are more drastic things like spinning the oil pump shaft with an electric 
drill.  But, I just removed the spark plugs and made sure I had a freshly 
charged battery.  I then deprssed the clutch and cranked the engine.  I only 
did it for maybe 8 seconds at a time with a rest for 15secs.  Otherwise you may 
damge your starter.  This will start to fill up the engine oilways.

After about 5-6 cycles cycles, the oil pressure showed up on the dash gauge. 
Boy did that feel good.

Just one simple way to do it.
