I used the Kenwwod KRC-2007 from Crutchfields on my TR4. The TR4
radio mount plate took a lot of cutting but I have and extra
plate if I ever get worried about the originality.
The installation looks great. It has a 70s look. Check it out

I am still looking for a decent set of speakers and an enclosure
for under the dash. I am using a real cheesy set of Radio Shack
3" bracket mount speakers. Terrible sound quality but on cost
$19.
Any one got a better solution for a TR4?

If you are willing to do a "slight" modification to center
console, the
Kenwood KRC-2007 radio will fit. I just put that one in, and
could not find
any other still made that would fit "exactly". It requires
filing the two
holes for the knob controls just a bit wider, as well as the
center nose hole
about an 1/8" higher and wider on all sides. The radio is still
available
from Crutchfield for $100. The cover plate finishes the
installation off and
looks like it was always there. E - mail if I can answer
