In general, I agree with Trevor.  However, if it's a choice of setting
the carbs for the prevailing conditions (which after all doesn't cost
anything and doesn't take very long), or driving with the choke on
(which wastes gas and may accelerate engine wear), I still say : Set the
carbs !
