Chip,
I can verify the yellowish sticker.  Mine was on the top of the driver's
inner fender, and it talks about choke adjustment.  I also had the two holes
punched in the fender (under that decal).  The funny thing about the decal
is that while detailing choke adjustment, it is located on the opposite side
of the engine bay from the carburettors.

As for the other decal, I cannot even think of what you are talking about.
If you provided more information as to what it is for, I may be able to help
you.
