Forget that shop vac hose. Home Depot in my hood carries only 1 1/4" and 2
1'2 " hoses. My local vacuum cleaner shop had a wire wrap hose in 1' 1/2"
superior in quality to the original except in grey. Since no one will ever
see it so what.

Go back to home Depot and look at a cheap replacement shop vac hose the
small ones are 1.5" the larger ones are 2".
