I don't have formal documentation, just empirical evidence. I checked
the pictures of TS77028L, and sure enough there are pedestals where the
bottom-front of the gas tank rests. The pre 60K and post 60K tanks are
shaped similarly, I believe that they are different only in outlet
configurations. The trunk floor sheet metal of each model is different
so I imagine the pedestals compensate for that. I could be wrong,
though...it's been known to happen!

Well, dang it, can't someone with the documentation handy help me out

I'm pretty sure the pedestals were introduced with the body redesign at
TS60K, but I haven't had time to dig through my documentation on the
subject
or look at my cars. Perhaps I shouldn't have said anything. The gas
tanks
