Hey Dave,
The leak down test, if you mean oiling the offending cylinder, reveals no 
increase in compression therefore it is "Off with her Head."  I called in 
reinforcements and Triumph Bob is at it as I write. I bet it is off by the time 
I get 
home at 4:15.  Her head will be at the machine shop in the AM for sure unless 
inspection reveals additional problems.
