Epoxy paints will tend to peel around a hot tire due to one of the inherent
properties of epoxy. Epoxy decays structurally under heat and the high
temperature of summer tires. My reco would be to use Sherman Williams concrete
stain. They blend it in whatever color you want. The process involves the
following:
1. lightly etch the floor with muriatic acid. This etching produces a
slightly rough texture which increases the mechanical bond to the substrate.
2. Mix the stain with 50/50 Xylene and apply the first coat with a roller.
This gives the coat an extra bite into the etched surface.
3. Apply the final coat full strength(all stain). They also sell a product
called shark's teeth which is granulized silica mixed in with the final coat
that adds some non skid properties if you are concerned with slipping.

This system has worked great for over 5 years in my garage and is arms and
legs above the epoxies. Just make sure that you use a decent organic vapor mask
 when applying the Xylene coat.
