Still stuck. While working on this I found that the hose below the choke was leaking so I had to replace that. Also, while looking at the no start problem, I saw that the throttle cable was adjusted

Pulled the fuel line going into the the carb (ZS by the way). Turn the key and gas pumps out. Pulled a spark plug and turned the key, spark looks fine. Pulled the top of the carb and changed that rub
