Found it...actually it's a reiteration of the 2002 rule...no wonder it's not in the 2003 rulebook, they forgot it ;o) Anyone know about legality of cutting a small hole for a strut bar to go through?

For Solo II, check out the "dune buggy" style harnesses from Crowe. I'm a big fan! The shoulder belts are sewn into the lap belts, making it much easier to use! They are latch & link, but 2 less ends
