Hey Greg: That's pretty much everything you need to install the 5 speed. The only thing that I didn't see on your list was the shift plate, but those are fairly easy to locate for the later cars. Jon

BTW, if you are running the 3.9 in the rear, I think you will also need to swap in your 1600 speedo gear in the tranny so that you read your speed correctly. If you don't have one, or yours is damage
