I would like to put a hard top onto the TR4 to replace my perished soft-top... does anyone know if any other hardtops are the same (or similar enough to be modified to fit?) ie. Sunbeam Alpine or TR6

TR4's destined for the US (and I suppose also Canada) had tail lamps with red turn signal lenses. Cars destined for other countries often had orange instead, depending on local requirements. -- Chip

I can confirm that CC4300L has the Lucas L799 amber/red with veritcal-line lenses now. I don't know if it always had them -- the poor car has obviously gone through he** a number of times with previo

No, his original message clearly said "turn signal only": It seems pretty clear that he has a lens from a TR5, or from a TR4 intended for a market requiring yellow/orange directional signals. -- Chi
