Manuel, contemporary road tests pretty much all have the top speed at somewhere slightly over 100 M.P.H. Don't know if these cars were totally stock, or had a little extra oomph as test cars proviede

Au Contraire! I had my BN1 up to 100MPH (by the speedometer) on route 8 in Winsted CT back in 1995. It was stock at the time. Now that its a racecar it will do over 120. Manuel: if yours will do only

I have a stock early BN1 with Spiral Bevel Axle and it will easily surpass 80 mph. I haven't taken it up to 100, but it has plenty of power at 80 and I think it wouldn't be too difficult to get to v
