Sounds like you are running a little bit lean. Did you check your valve clearances? If they are off the cylinders will not all be working the same and the plugs can be different. keith

It is also advisable to pull the plugs when the engine is cold with aluminum heads and always use antiseize! I would take the car on a road trip on the highway of several miles and see how the plugs

You may also want to check the timing w a good light & see if you are "on". I had similar "lean" running symptoms that were cured when I re-set the timing. Found I was about 10 degrees B4 TDC & reset
