I dollied my '74 from Kentucky to Idaho.  No problems.  No driveshaft removal.
I will tow it from Idaho to Arizona next week and expect no problems.

I have dollied nearly everything from a Bug-Eye (a work in progress) to an
XJS-12 (it died last week, still diagnosing), including a Wolseley 6/99 (also
in progress).

Fear not.
