"The ZX2 S/R is only available from the following Ford dealers in the San
Diego, Ca area -

Fuller Ford
El Cajon Ford
North County Ford
Drew Ford
Corral Ford
Colonial Ford
Mossy Ford
Kearney Mesa Ford
Pearson Ford
Bob Baker Ford
Encinitas Ford
Homer Heller Ford
Dixon Ford
Perry Ford"

"13. STOCK CATEGORY
Cars running in Stock Category must have been series produced with normal
road touring equipment capable of being licensed for normal road use in the
United States, and normally sold and delivered through the manufacturer's
retail sales outlets in the United States. Cars not specifically listed in
Stock Category classes must have been produced in quantities of at least
1,000 in a 12-month period to be entered in the Stock Category. "

I don't think that San Diego only dealerships follow the spirit of the rules
and qualify as "retail sales outlets in the United States." But that's just
my opinion from here in humid Missouri.

It does look like an inexpensive promising car though.

See you on course.
