There is a TSB for them. The Neon is known for the weak motor mount which 
rips apart during normal street driving. The replacement mount from Mopar is 
of the same design, that is to say not solid, but uses a 
higher(durameter?)stifness. The softer rubber is original to keep the motor 
vibration in the cockpit lower. Probably most Neons on the street have broken 
FMM's and the drivers just think the car is driving smoother than ever.
