write the ruling so that everyone gets it.
Regardless of Rocky's reply, (and please don't take me as being against Rocky
or anyone else who questions the rule. I don't think I've ever actually met
Rocky in person, (and if I have, I'm sorry for not remembering, gosh there
are so many Solo Il people out there... I bet most of us remember those in
our respective classes, or those who are really outspoken on the lists :-)
At anyrate...the ruling as I explained it is how it will work at
Nationals....I would suggest if you have a problem with the supps that you
contact the National Office:-)
