Yeah, but Tunnell did not win BSP, Vic did! If you take Tunnell's time of
49.124 and multiply it by '02 SM PAX of .834, 49.124 X .834 = 40.969. Vic's
BSP winning time multiplied by BSP's PAX, 48.836 X .840 = 41.022. Bob would
outpax Vic by a whopping 0.053.
This is a rat hole discussion that I don't want to get into, but you can't
base a PAX index off a class on performance of certain freak-of-nature
individuals. Case in point, Andy's winning time in AS was .776 better than
the winning time in BS. The difference in PAX, .001 for next year. Now,
the second place in AS was Joe Goeke, only .172 better than BS.
